The Taoist Tai Chi Society offers a 5 month beginners class for people who wish to learn the 108 movements of Tai Chi. The ancient Chinese exercise incorporates slow natural movements that can promote stress reduction, relaxation, joint mobility, balance and general good health. Classes are taught by a nationally certified instructor.
