Alzheimer's Care Consultation

Thursday, July 8, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

The Delaware Branch of the Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter Will be offering free one-on-one care consultations to Delaware County residents affected by Alzheimer's disease or related dementia. Shelly Wesner, a licensed social worker and the coordinator for the Delaware Office, will be available by appointment to answer questions about the disease, assist with linkage to community resources, help create long-term plans, and offer caregiver education and support.

Location: Check At Desk at Delaware Senior Center

Registration: Call for openings. Please call Shelly Wesner, MSW, LSW at 740-363-1365 to secure a time within the clinic hours.
