Reflexology is an ancient healing form that uses gentle pressure & massage on the feet to release blocked energy pathways. According to reflexologists, each organ in the body has corresponding nerve endings on the feet, toxins can accumulate there impeding the flow of energy to these organs. Reflexology releases toxins with gentle pressure, revitalizing and energizing the entire body with a series of treatments. Miguel Alvarez, LMT, certified reflexologist, will be at the Center each Friday.

Registration: Sign up and pay at Center. 

Fee: $25.00 for a 1/2 hour session and $45.00 for an hour session.
