Join us for a free 1/2 hour workshop on the Power of Hypnosis. You will learn what hypnosis is and experience an actual hypnosis session. We will touch on various topics such as stress management, insomnia, exercise, and weight loss.
Once hypnotized, you experience a natural yet altered state of consciousness. Purposely using hypnosis, you activate your natural relaxation response and use your mind to think in new, exciting ways to enjoy change. Just as you control what thoughts you think throughout your daily life, because hypnosis is natural yet extraordinary nervous system ability, you are in complete control of the session.
